Return & Refund Policy

At SUPER GRANITE CORP, our mission is to supply high-quality granite products with reliable service and clear communication at every step. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to handle returns and refunds in a fair, transparent, and professional manner.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of granite and natural stone products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Products must not be cut, altered, sealed, or installed
  • Items must be returned in original packaging or secured for safe transport
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns requested after the 7-day period are not eligible. Custom-cut, special-order, or clearance granite products are non-returnable.

If an incorrect product was ordered by the customer, return transportation costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Method

All approved returns are handled by scheduled return delivery only.
We do not accept walk-in or in-store returns for previously delivered orders.

Return authorization must be approved by our team before any return is sent.

Return Shipping

Granite products require special handling. Return shipping arrangements will be coordinated on a case-by-case basis after approval.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by SUPER GRANITE CORP
  • If the return is due to customer error or a change of decision, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund

Returned items must be properly secured to prevent damage during transit.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return eligibility criteria.
Any damage caused during return transit due to improper packaging may affect refund eligibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us promptly.

To report damage:

  • Take clear photos of the granite product and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos and order details to: [email protected]

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without clear photographic evidence may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
