At SUPER GRANITE CORP, we are committed to delivering high-quality granite products safely and efficiently. Due to the nature of natural stone materials, all orders are carefully prepared and shipped using appropriate freight or local delivery methods to ensure secure handling and timely delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days during our operating schedule.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Granite products require specialized handling and delivery coordination. Once an order is processed, delivery timelines depend on product size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

Typical delivery expectations are as follows:

  • Local Delivery or Freight Dispatch: Scheduled after order processing
  • Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch
  • Total Delivery Time: Varies based on location, delivery method, and logistics coordination

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical factors beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Some local deliveries or promotional orders may qualify for free delivery

Any applicable shipping or freight charges will be clearly disclosed prior to finalizing the order.

Order Scheduling & Communication

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery or pickup details.

For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the shipment.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your delivery is significantly delayed or you experience any delivery-related issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in tracking or resolving the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If your granite product arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email the photos along with your order details to: [email protected]

Failure to report damage within 48 hours or provide photographic evidence may result in the claim being denied.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order has not yet been dispatched and you need to update delivery details, contact us immediately.
